Hi! I am Carson Duffy. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I currently live in Plaza Midwood with my husband, Justin.

Over the last four years, as my friends and family began growing their families, I started constantly seeking information about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Obsessively. All the time. I became enchanted by birth and the amazing capability of the female body.

I started having conversations with friends, with family, with strangers and noticed immediately the fear present for so many in my community when thinking about and discussing birth. It doesn't have to be this way!
As a doula, my role is to help my clients find confidence and trust in themselves. To hold space for them as they navigate a process that is exciting, overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes heartbreaking.

I believe that you are an expert on your body and that you and your body know how to birth your baby. I want you to remember your birth as an empowering experience, where you felt seen, heard, valued, respected.

I completed my Doulas of North America International (DONA) training in May 2021 and am actively pursuing my certification. ​
​
I am fully vaccinated and will take all precautions to keep you and your family safe.
